HVK Sales Contract

1. All puppies will be current on all vaccinations, worming and will be parasite free. We, HighView Kennels, guarantees that all dogs are to be in good health at time of sale. 

2. The buyer/purchaser shall agree to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian of his or her choice within 48 hours from date of purchase for a full health check. Failure to do this in the time period provided will void the return of the purchased puppy.

3. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health due to a genetic disorder, cause of which is clearly unsellable, the dog will be replaced with a puppy from our next litter with a puppy of equal value which is determined by HighView Kennels. The owner has the option of retaining the original puppy if they so choose.  We will not replace a puppy for heartworms, pyometra or parvo after 48 hours of purchase as the new owner will be the responsible party for their new puppy contracting these issues.

4. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a puppy. IF BUYER DECIDES TO PUT A DEPOSIT, THE BUYER HAS TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH US BY PHONE OR EMAIL. FAILING TO DO SO WOULD FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT !!! If by chance there is not enough puppies born from the said litter or if there are not enough of a particular gender, the deposit will be rolled over to another breeding or be refunded. IF BUYER DECIDES TO PUT A DEPOSIT, THE BUYER WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FEE FOR THE MONEY TRANSACTION !!!

5. IF BUYER DECIDES TO PUT A DEPOSIT ON A PUP, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO OR THE DAY OF PICKUP OR SHIPPING. FAILING TO DO SO WOULD FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT !!!

6. Picking of Pups will be confirmed when the pups are 7-8 weeks of age.

7. We will ship at the price of the buyer; arrangements will be made after pics are made.

8. We require that the buyer provide us with a home address, telephone number and an email address so that we may stay in contact with all our pups. We would appreciate updated pics on a quarterly basis.

9. The new owner shall agree to keep the prefix HVK in the puppy's permanent registered name, no exceptions. Both parties have agreed that this puppy nor his Sire or Dam have been breed for fighting or any other illegal activity. If you will not agree to or break any of the agreements outlined in this contract  you will void your sale with HighView Kennels. We, HighView Kennels , and _______________________________agree to this contract, agree that it is enforcable for 20 years from signature date and agree to abide to it by my /our signature below.

DISCLAIMER: IF AT ANY TIME WE BECOME OR MADE AWARE  THAT THE PUPPY YOU PURCHASED IS BEING USED FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES(DOG FIGHTING), MISTREATED OR MALNOURISHED WE RETAIN THE RIGHT WITH THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT TO TAKE BACK THE PUPPY PURCHASED FROM OUR KENNEL WITH ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ANIMAL WARDEN.
